Hi, I’m Obioma Anyogu—board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, leadership coach, and speaker with a passion for helping individuals and teams become confident, high-performing leaders.
With over a decade in healthcare, I’ve worn many hats—from providing patient care to leading teams and mentoring emerging professionals. I hold a doctorate from Texas Woman’s University, and throughout my journey, I noticed a recurring theme: brilliant clinicians and professionals were stepping into leadership roles without the tools, support, or confidence to truly thrive. They weren’t failing—they were simply expected to “figure it out” alone.
That realization changed everything for me.

I launched Skyline Leadership Solutions to bridge the gap between technical excellence and transformational leadership. Today, I partner with healthcare professionals, organizations, and entrepreneurs to develop strong, capable leaders who communicate effectively, build high-trust teams, and lead with clarity and purpose.
My coaching is grounded in real-world experience, a deep understanding of the leadership journey, and an unshakable belief that when leaders grow, their impact multiplies. Resilient leadership doesn’t just change individuals—it transforms entire organizations.
As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, I bring proven principles into every session, training, and strategy conversation I lead.
Outside of work, I’m all about family time, exploring the Dallas food scene, learning something new, or getting lost in a great book. My life is deeply rooted in faith, growth, and helping others rise into their calling as leaders.
